Hi, I’m Vishal, a digital marketer with a master’s degree from the Grande École program at EM Strasbourg Business School in France, where I specialised in Marketing, Brand and Customer Experience. I believe great marketing starts with understanding people, and that a brand earns loyalty through the experience it delivers at every touchpoint.
My journey began with a B.Com specialising in finance and taxation, which gave me a strong analytical foundation and a habit of backing creative ideas with numbers. I then built my customer-facing skills as an Associate CS Internet at Sutherland Global, where I learned how to communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, and keep the customer at the centre of every interaction.
Today, I run this digital marketing website as a freelancer, helping brands grow their online presence through SEO, content creation, brand positioning, and social media strategy. I also write my own marketing blog, where I share ideas on topics like customer experience as a brand strategy. I am continuing to sharpen my skills through a digital marketing course, so my approach stays current with how platforms and audiences evolve.
Alongside marketing, I have a strong interest in sustainability. As an ESG Analyst intern at Sam Corporates, I work with Environmental, Social and Governance frameworks, which helps me guide brands in communicating their values honestly and transparently, with claims that are backed by real data.
